I'm rarely in Situations where I am lower than my opponent and I don't have any close situations where I make ult plays etc. Last stand has great synergy with your ult but tbh it's not worth it for me. Cut down is nice vs tanky teams that stack HP. I use Triumph, Legend Bloodline (in some games legend alacrity, for example when I use PTA or vs squishy comps but Most of the time it's the lifesteal rune when I use LT or conq).
